Our food is the heart-and-soul of the Redliner and we are pouring ourselves into our recipes, our ingredients and our cookery.
It starts with our Bakery – it’s the foundation of ME & Ollie’s that brings you all of our traditional breads. We’re using our Bakery to produce all of the breads for our sandwiches, cinnamon swirl for French toast, yeast-raised rolls for your table and our bodacious buns for your burger.
We begin working with whole, raw foods that are in their most natural state, then, scratch-cook those ingredients into familiar, home-style foods. We choose top grades of beef brisket and chuck, grind it in-house and hand form your burger.
